We have continued to inbreed and improve
our Northern Lights # 1. We can now say with confidence that this
is one of the purest, most potent, most extreme lndica varieties
in the world. It has extremely broad, dark green webbed leaves, a
compact single stem growth pattern, dense internodes, and
abundant resin. This is a real 'textbook' lndica, with a classic,
astounding lndica high to match. As an inbred variety the vigor
and yield will usually be less than with a good hybrid, but for
collectors, connoisseurs and breeders thisvariety is essential.
Highly adapted for indoor growing, but also has good outdoor and
greenhouse performance. A long season is required outdoors, but
the indoor flowering period is only 6 weeks.

Northern Lights #2 F-3
The progress in the N L # 2 line has been
tremendous thisyear. The backcros- sing and inbreeding has now
produced an F-3 of remarkably pure Hindu Kush phenotype, with
just a hint of sweet piney Sativa mixed with the rich Kush
pungency. We find the NL #2 to have surprising vigor for an
inbred line, the quality is unsurpassed. It has become one of our
favorite smokes, everygeneration isa

bright Sativa notes also come through in the high. An absolute

Original Afghan Mix
This seed line comes directly from the
collection of the late 'Maple Leaf' Wilson, reputedly one of the
first collectors of true Afghan seeds. He was called 'Maple Leaf'
because he grew some of the first lndicas that had been seen in
America, and their broad leaves could only be compared to maple
leaves. Our Afghan Mix was propagated from his original Afghan
stock, completely unselected, therefore possessing all the
variety that existed in the original gene pool. Due to the
extreme variation that exists between the seedlings, this mix is
recommended for serious breeders and collectors only. Sold in
special breeder's pack of 50 seeds.
